Fees & Deposit
Booking Deposit: A 50% semi-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking (via e-transfer to yupp.experience@gmail.com).
Late Booking Fee (If YUPP is booked less than 7 days before the event): +$100
Full payment is due within 48 hrs of the successful completion of the event. $10/day fee is applied to any overdue accounts.
All payments & deposits can be sent to yupp.experience@gmail.com. Invoices are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
Event cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will have the full deposit returned.
Important Notes:
Artist/Promoter Logos & Content: All logos must be provided in .png format and sent at least 48 hours prior to the event. Additional fees will apply for late submissions or incorrect formats. Any content provided the day of the show cannot be guaranteed to make it into the mix.
Advanced Custom Mapping: For custom mapping, stage design and measurements must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event. If no design is provided, additional fees will apply for on-site mapping setup.
